Video Summary
The correct answer here is B, diltiazem. This first ECG, again, is important message not to forget, it's a regular, it's true, but just massive, you know, it may look like a wide QRS, but I think if you look at the lateral pericardial leads, you'll see this is massive at ST elevation. A woman having chest pain and syncope, you know, this is, and then 30 minutes later, it's already resolved in this classic coronary spasm. So calcium channel blockers would be first-line therapy, often together with nitrates. For something this dramatic in someone having syncope, I would also consider an ICD as a backup because drugs aren't completely preventative of potential cardiac arrest. Okay, I hope those questions were helpful in terms of thinking about and studying for the boards. Thank you so much for your attention. Thank you.
