Question 5, a 23-year-old female has a history of occasional PSVT that she has always been able to terminate with Valsalva. She is now pregnant with increasing episodes that no longer terminate with Valsalva. She presents to the ED with the ECG shown in tracing 1 on the next slide. Her vital signs are stable. The best initial treatment is PC cardioversion, IV adenosine, IV prokinamide, or IV amiodarone. And this is her tracing.
