Video Summary
The correct answer is C, AV nodal reentry. During tachycardia, you see the last two stimuli of a pacing train. And if you put your calipers on the tracing and identify the last stimulus, which is accelerated or the last A, rather, which is accelerated to the pace cycle length, you see that that's way over here in the middle of the tracing. So there's quite a very long stimulus to A interval here. So this is an AV type of response that is consistent with either AV nodal reentry or AV reentry using an accessory pathway. Here you see that we have simultaneous A and V, which is consistent with AV nodal reentry. This can also be seen in decremental accessory pathways, that very long stim to V interval.
