Pdf Summary
In this document, four different cases are presented with accompanying tracings for each case. The purpose of the document is to present these cases and provide interpretations of the tracings.

In the first case, a 58-year-old woman undergoes pulmonary vein isolation for atrial fibrillation. The tracing shows pacing and recording in the right superior pulmonary vein (PV) after isolation. The best interpretation of the results is that entrance block and exit block are present.

In the second case, a 63-year-old woman undergoes pulmonary vein isolation and adenosine is injected. The tracing shows pacing from the left superior PV and recording in the right superior PV. The interpretation is that conduction from the left superior PV to the atrium continues, while conduction to the right superior PV fails after three cycles.

In the third case, a 58-year-old man returns for evaluation of recurrent palpitations after catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation. The tracing shows overdrive pacing during tachycardia. The site of pacing is best characterized as an adjacent bystander.

In the fourth case, a 64-year-old man undergoes catheter ablation of typical atrial flutter. The tracing shows multiple radiofrequency applications and the best course of action at this time is to pace at a faster rate.

In the fifth case, a 44-year-old man has recurrent atrial arrhythmias following catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation. The tracing shows no clear capture and no diagnostic findings can be determined.

Overall, the document provides interpretations of the tracings for each case, helping to understand and evaluate the results of the procedures.
