Video Transcription
In this video we are going to review how the pre-add match queue works today, in the current code, and how it's going to work in the updated release. If we look at the pre-add match queue for today's code, once we click on pre-add matches, we will see the history of every pre-add return that we've received to date. If we look at the new code that we are releasing, the pre-add match queue is only going to show the most recent pre-add return. If you want to review the history of your pre-add returns, you can go to claims, history, pre-add return. You will get the same view that you have today, and you will be able to download any text files or drill into any pre-add return that's been processed.
Video Summary
This video explains the changes in the pre-add match queue for a software release. Currently, clicking on pre-add matches displays the history of all pre-add returns received. However, the updated code will only show the most recent pre-add return. To view the complete history of pre-add returns, users can go to the claims section and access the pre-add return history. This will provide the same view as before, allowing users to download text files and investigate processed pre-add returns.
