Video Summary
The correct answer is B, bundle branch reentry. So this patient presented with ventricular tachycardia, wide complex tachycardia, with AV dissociation, as you see there in the arrows. And then following cardioversion, you can see that he has pretty much the same QRS morphology as during tachycardia. So this is a characteristic presentation of bundle branch reentry. He's got a left bundle branch block during sinus rhythm, but the left bundle is capable of retrograde conduction, so that during bundle branch reentry, the tachycardia circuit is retrograde up the left bundle, antegrade back down the right bundle, creating the bundle branch reentry arrhythmia.
