Description
Building on the successful ‘Business of EP’ sessions from last year, this session will focus on important business fundamentals. It will start with a presentation on how programs can incorporate allied professionals into their systems to build a foundation for a highly functioning EP team. Since effective reimbursement for EP procedures is becoming increasingly problematic, this session will address ongoing changes and advise clinicians and institutions how to prepare for success in the evolving reimbursement landscape. A review of effective negotiating tactics to optimize success within one’s institution will be discussed by a lawyer with significant experience in this arena.
