CIED and MRI: Overcoming Challenges to Meet Patient Needs
Description
This session will explore some of the issues in MRI scanning for patients with CIEDs: safety concerns for MRI-conditional and non-conditional systems, workflow and involvement of EP staff and resources, and what is needed on the regulatory front for MRI-conditional labeling.  The panel discussion to answer practical questions as well as what HRS is doing to move this issue forward should be helpful for everyone working with CIED patients.
