Expert Perspective: Outcomes in Fetuses and Neonates with Severe LQTS
Description
HRS member Jeremy P. Moore, MD, MS, FHRS, CCDS, CEPS-P, presents new data showing that fetuses and/or newborns with LQT3, but not those with LQT1 or LQT2, presenting with severe arrhythias are at high risk of frequent and lethal cardiac events. Genotyping is, therefore, useful for risk stratification among affected fetuses and newborns.
