Black EPs have traditionally been underrepresented at the executive level within the healthcare ecosystem. HRS’ new Growth and Leadership Opportunity for Black Electrophysiologists (GLOBE) program is a leadership program, expertly curated to support the needs of Black EPs while developing opportunities to increase their visibility within their institutions and the EP ecosystem at large.
