This session will review risk stratification in pediatric patients with Brugada syndrome.
Learning Objectives
  • Review the evidence that provocation with sodium channel blockers can guide diagnosis, management and risk stratification in pediatric patients with Brugada syndrome
  • Discuss approach to the evaluation of patients at risk of Brugada syndrome in families without a genetic marker, including sodium channel blocking provocation and timing of investigations
  • Discuss counselling a patient and their family about sodium channel provocation in Brugada syndrome
